Overall shaped graphite mat is made of oxidized PAN short cut fiber. And after opening, carding, lapping,
needling,it is made into a certain density, thickness, and then shape by special carbonization, stiffen and high
temperature graphitization. It has the advantage of certain self supporting, small proportion, no dust, low
thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, long service life and convenient
remounting. Overall shaped graphite mat is suitable for heat treatment furnace, sintering furnace, crystal
pulling furnace,solidification equipment, CVD and purification furnace, etc., which has been widely used
all of the world.
